Great jewelry but received an awkward ring size

Hi,

Really grateful to have received my package, the jewelry is really pretty.

However, I have 2 concerns and was wondering if you could advise:
1) I realised the pink CZ ring I received is of different size than my surgical steel rings - The overall ring is bigger, yet the gauge is oddly thinner/smaller, this can be noticed by eye
I looked up both the surgical ring and silver ring measurement descriptions and it seems that they are identical. The 2 surgical rings from my previous order were also identical in size. Further, I had also referred to your website's size guide, where it was described that Tummytoys clasps are industry standard 14g with 11mm bar
I love the pink CZ pave ring, however, I was expecting it to be a similar petite size, it looks big from the side profile and I am concerned about wearing a thinner gauge
May I trouble you to verify if I was mistakenly sent a custom-made belly ring?

2) I have a history of silver allergy, unfortunately, there's no CZ pave edition for surgical steel rings
I noted that Tummytoys are all nickel-free, however, I am not entirely sure about which component of 925 silver I was allergic to. May I request to know what metals the jewelry comprises other than silver?
I'd love to make future purchases of different CZ pave colours if I find that I do not react to my new jewelry
