Missing pieces, wrote email, no response back.

As the title says, the order had (3) missing dangle pieces, only received 2 belly rings (this was a total of 5 pieces bundled together but only received the 2 rings). I wrote an email to Tummy Toys to please send the 3 missing dangle pieces or provide a refund, and as of yet have not heard back from them. Hopefully this review will remedy this issue.
